CrossFit Level 1 Trainer

CrossFit has been what my life has revolved around for the past 3 plus years and not because I need to be a die-hard CrossFitter in order to reap the benefits of CrossFit, but because it is what I love to do.  CrossFit Olympia and the people inovolved positively influence my life 24 hours a day and are a constant reminder for me to never be satisified with where I am at but also reward me enough to be able to see how far I have come.

For me the biggest challenge is accepting that if I want to get to where I want to be it is going to take work…hard work.  I had a gap in my life between playing competitive sports and finding CrossFit where I had started to accept mediocrity and in some cases failure. CrossFit nips that immediately and gets you addicted to feeling better and being a better you.  I 100% believe in CrossFit and think that is the absolute best way to train, but it is not a gimmick or a shortcut to physical fitness.  It is tough, but if you put in the work you will see results.  You will have more energy, be more flexible, lose weight, get ripped up, be a better athlete, be physically stronger and learn how to be mentally strong (I saved the best for last…I’m still working on it).

As a CrossFit Coach my goal is to help you work out safely, effectively and intensly enough so that you will keep coming back.  I will help you push through the plateaus and will celebrate with you on your firsts; your first kipping pull up, musle up, hspu, etc.  YOU will become stronger in every way possible and you will realize that you can do so much more than you ever thought you could do!!!
