Have you never included gymnastics, right after completing  some Olympic lifts, then quickly move into some cardio routine in a workout before?  Neither had any of us before we started doing CrossFit, that is why we have Foundations.  Foundations is the introductory class to teach you what to expect in a typical CrossFit Workout of the Day.

To complete CFO Foundations, six sessions need to be completed.  Cycles for Foundations classes start every first and third week of the month.  Please stop by the gym and speak to any of our trainers about getting setup and started.
