Weights might just be the barbell but if you have some plates put on something you can knock out 7 UB

Body weight crew
7 Jumping Squats
7 Pull UPS or VUps
7 Push UPS
21 Double Unders (2-1)

*if you don’t have a jump rope do 21 Mtn Climbers
