Alright. So this week we start our Open training cycle. The we will be programming one program throughout the open. Should be good. If you have not signed up for the open
WHY NOT?!!! Ask yourself that question.

This week we will be maxing on a few lifts and then adding a short Metcon after. Should be fun.
